The most awesome gift ever..?!

It's less than fours weeks until Christmas and I am so excited already. 

I think you all know those little Christmas/advent calendars for children where they open a little door every day until the Christmas Eve and be rewarded with tiny chocolates. Well guess what - they do such calendars for women too! Very, very awesome ones...

YES. A calendar filled with 24 exclusive make up or beauty product samples (from brands like Lancome, Benefit, Yves Saint Laurent etc)! 

I randomly found a picture of these and I got so excited. Too bad they tend to sell out as soon as they are put on sale....

Tšau jälle! Esimene advent on algamas sel pühapäeval ja minus on vaikselt tärkamas juba see "jõuluärevus". Oeh.
Täiesti kogemata juhtusin täna leidma pildi ühest sellisest advendikalendrist, mis on mõeldud naistele. Just nii - analoogselt traditsioonilistele kalendritele, on 24 ukse taga väike kingitus, mis aga šokolaadi asemel on testri-(või täis-)suuruses meigi- või kosmeetikatoode. Täielik unistus, või mis?
Lähemalt uurides selgus, et sellised kalendrid ei ole USA's ja Suurbritannias sugugi uus nähtus vaid vastupidi - need on meeletult populaarsed (ilmselgelt.. :D) ja müüvad läbi meeletu kiirusega.
Ma ei tea kuidas teiega lood on, aga mina näen selliseid asju esimest korda. Sellest hoolimata tärkas minus soov kohe endalegi üks selline saada.

On my nails: China Glaze "Stroll"

Today I decided to share my current favourite Fall/Winter nail polish with you. Yes - it's this lovely dark cherry red colour by China Glaze called "Stroll".
I love its deepness but it also has some subtle pink, red and gold shimmers in it. I got this polish for 6.90€ and I have been wearing this colour non-stop.
On the picture I have on two coats of polish because one coat usually looks too sheer. The application is smooth and the polish itself is rather liquid. For me it usually stays on chip-free for around 4 days (without a top coat).
It is definitely a must-have in my opinion as the colour goes perfectly with the fall leaves but also can be worn during the lovely Christmas time!

Tere jälle! Mõtlesin, et täna tutvustan teile oma selleaastast lemmikut sügis/talvist küünelakki. Tegu on ühe mõnusalt tumeda kirsipunase värviga China Glaze'ilt nimega "Stroll". 

Vaatamata tema sügavale toonile, on lakis ka õrnalt roosakat, punast ja kuldset sädelust. Ostsin laki Magistrali keskuse MINX'ist 6.90€ eest ja olen viimastel kuudel suuresti ainult seda küüntel kandnud.

Pildil on lakki peal kaks kihti, sest üks kipub jääma liiga heledaks. Lakk iseenesest on võrdlemisi vedel ning lihtne peale kanda. Ilma pealislakita püsib värv ilusti peal umbes neli päeva.

Minujaoks on see värv kahtlemata must-have just oma mitmekülgsuse poolest - ta sobib ideaalselt kokku sügiseste punaste-oranžide-pruunide toonidega, kuid on samas parajalt jõulune, et kanda pühade ajal!

Staying moisturized... and yummy!

I can already see how the cold weathers have been affecting my skin - dryness appearing everywhere: lips, face and hands..
Thankfully I have found some good products to give moisture and softness back to my skin yet I'm still looking for a new face cream. This Nivea Essential Care lip balm has been my loyal companion for weeks now. On the other hand, the I love... strawberries & milkshake body lotion I bought only a few days back from Selver because it was on sale for 3.05€ and I just couldn't resist the scent of it... sooo yummy! Definitely worth trying out :)

Seoses talve tulekuga on aina jahenevate ilmade tagajärjed mu nahal juba näha - kuivad huuled ja näonahk ning karedad käed..
Õnneks olen leidnud omale hea sõbra Nivea Essential Care huulepulga näol, milleta enam kodust lahkuda ei suudagi. Õige niisutava näokreemi otsingud on aga siiani jätkumas.
Pildiloleva I love... strawberries and milkshake kehakreemi soetasin endale aga mõned päevad tagasi Selverist, kus selle soodushinnaks oli 3.05€ (tavapärase 6€ asemel?). Lihtsalt ei suutnud selle lõhnale ega hinnale vastu panna ning pealegi on pumbaga kreemide kasutamine üleüldse nii mugav ja lihtne. Kõikidel maasika-armastajatel soovitan piiluma minna :)
