Shine bright like a diamond

I'm really sleepy and almost curled up in my bed but I thought I shall show you a picture of the things I got on Sunday..

The magazine accompanied me on a long car ride and honestly.. the Gucci perfume tester was also one of the reasons for my purchase. I just adore that scent and now I can test it out and hopefully get it.
For a fur scarf I have been looking for since the falltime and now I finally bought one for myself. In my opinion it's definitely a "must-have" because it's soooo warm and cozy, not to mention it can glam up any look. Maybe someday I'll even do an outfit of the day post for you with it..? Kuigi olen ennast juba peaaegu magama sättinud, otsustasin teile kiirelt ühe väikese postituse teha asjadest, mis ma pühapäeval täiesti juhuslikult ostsin. 
Ajakirja "Mood" soetasin ma endale kaaslaseks pikale autosõidule, kuid kui aus olla, siis suureks määrajaks sai siiski ajakirja vahel olnud Gucci "Gorgeous Gardenia" lõhnatester. Seda parfüümi olen ma juba mõnda aega poes aeg-ajalt nuusutanud ning nüüd on mul võimalus seda enda peal katsetada ning loodetavasti lähiajal ka täissuuruses omada.
Karvast salli olen ma otsinud ja igatsenud juba sügisest saati ning nüüd lõpuks ma selle ka soetasin. Kahtlemata oli see üks hea mõte, sest sall on mega-soe (ja mega-vajalik praeguste külmade ilmadega) ning muudab iga outfit'i silmapilkselt palju glamuursemaks. Back in action and a summer haul!

Finally I'm done with all my exams and graduating high-school. Those 12 years seriously went by so fast. Wow.

I'm kind of sad that I haven't really had time to update you. To be honest I'm so behind in everything :D Today after finishing this post I'm planning to catch up on all the blog entries and YouTube videos I have been missing out accompanied by some chocolate and ice tea.

Lõpuks ometi on läbi see pingerikas eksamiperiood ja lõpetatud gümnaasium. Need kaksteist aastat möödusid tõesti linnutiivul ning kahtlemata jääb sellest ajast mind saatma hulk kauneid mälestusi.
Päris kahju on sellest, et postitamise olen nii unarusse jällegi jätnud, aga proovin seda viga kiirelt parandama asuda. Üleüldse olen kõiges nii maha jäänud - terve hunnik blogipostitusi ootab lugemist ja YouTube'i videod vaatamist (mille kõrvale on seltsiks mõnus piimašokolaad ja jäätee)!

I went on a shopping spree last week and my main focus was to find some Summer clothes which I did manage. I also got some beauty and make up products on which I will do reviews soon :)

New nail polishes and catching up on my week

I haven't really been buying too much beauty products recently but yesterday when I was at the department store I couldn't keep myself from getting myself these two nailpolishes.

Ma ei ole viimasel ajal kuigi palju meigiasju ostnud, aga ma tõesti ei suutnud jätta neid kahte küünelakki poeriiuline. 

Maybelline mini Colorama in 96 Party Blue - 2.88€

Safari nail polish in neon orange - 1.19€

As you probably could guess from my last post I've been really obsessed with mint greens but also baby blues lately. When I saw this colour by Maybelline I wasn't quite sure at first whether I really want it that bad but I decided to buy it anyway and I'm so glad I did because it looks so much more gorgeous on nails than it does in the bottle! Plus it's quite opaque and gives a nice payoff with two coats so I'm very pleased. 

The neon orange colour is lovely as well. Regardless its cheap price, it has a good payoff. And as we all know neons are very in this season so I'm definitely going to get a lot of use out of this polish.

Nagu te ilmselt eelmisest postitusest järeldada võite, on mu viimase aja suurteks lemmikuteks olnud mündiroheline ja taevasinine värv. Kui esmakordselt nägin seda sinist küünelakki polnud ma päris kindel, kas mul tõesti ikka on seda vaja, aga otsustasin selle siiski ära osta ja ma olen nii õnnelik, et ma seda tegin, sest see lakk on küüntel tunduvalt ilusam kui pudelis! Samuti annab see kahe kihiga hea ja ühtlase katvuse, seega olen ostuga väga-väga rahul :) 

Teine neoonoranž lakk on samuti super. Vaatamata odavale hinnale on see hea katvusega ja kuna neoonid on sel suvel ülipopulaarsed, õnnestub mul seda ilmselt tuleval hooajal palju kanda.

Furthermore, this week has been pretty busy and exhausting. On Monday I still did some remaining schoolwork and on Tuesday I took my English exam which turned out to be more difficult than I had expected. On Wednesday it was time for my English exam's oral part which thankfully I nailed in the sense that I got maximum 20 points. I was so happy as you can imagine. After that I had a long day at work. Thursday and Friday were mainly about school and I also went to my boyfriend's friend's birthday party which was fun but very unexpected in every way.

Igatahes on see nädal olnud päris kiire. Esmaspäeval käisin põhiliselt järelvastamistest ja teisipäeval oli inglise keele eksam, mis osutus oodatust palju raskemaks. Vähemalt minuarust. Ei midagi konti murdvat, kuna leian, et oskan seda keelt päris hästi, kuid kardan et võin väiksemate eksimuste pärast punkte kaotada. Kolmapäeval oli siis suuline osa, milles õnneks sain maksimum punktid. Peale eksamit läksin tööle pikaks päevaks. Neljapäeva ja reede veetsin kaa suuremaks osas õppides ja kooliasju tehes. Reede õhtul käisin veel poisi sõbra sünnipäeval, mis oli omaette kogemus, aga üldiselt lõbus. 

Tomorrow is Mother's day (at least in Estonia) but unfortunately I have to spend my whole day at work. I'll make sure to surprise my mum somehow though :D Next week hopefully won't be that busy so I will be able to do some product reviews for you. Until then enjoy the lovely springtime to the fullest :)

Homme on emadepäev, mille ma kahjuks pean suures osas tööl mööda saatma. Vaatamata sellele proovin kindlasti ka emale miski armsa üllatuse valmistada :D Järgmine nädal on loodetavasti vähe rahulikum ja saan teile ka paarist tootest pikemalt kirjutada. Seniks aga nautige kevadet ja kõike ilusat!

Yet another small haul..

It's been a while since I last managed to wake up before noon on a weekend but yesterday was one of those days so I agreed to go shopping with my mother. I didn't manage to find any nice clothes to buy but once we got to Selver I saw that the famous Montagne Jennesse face masks were on sale for only 1€ each! I got really excited and had a really hard time choosing which ones to buy because although I have heard so much good things about them, I have never tried them so I have no idea if they're going to work for me as well. I also bought a pack of peach tea because as the spring is coming I thought it would be a good idea to switch out to some more fruity teas instead of the regular (and kind of boring..) peppermint and lemon ones.

Anyways, these are the things I ended up buying...

I guess I'm all set for springtime to come now with my fruit teas and nourishing face masks. Next week will be a good one as I only have school on Monday and then my provisional essay (?) :D on Tuesday and I'm free for the rest of the week. Yay!

Päris kaua aega oli möödas sellest ajast, kui ma viimati suutsin nädalavahetusel ennast ennem keskpäeva voodist ülesse ajada, kuid eile oli just üks sellistest päevadest, ja kuna hommik oli lausa imeline, otsustasin ma emaga koos poodidesse shoppama minna. Ühtegi ilusat riideeset, mis oleks ostmist väärt olnud, mul leida kahjuks ei õnnestunud. Selverisse jõudes aga ootas mind ees suur üllatus kui nägin, et kuulsad ja paljukiidetud Montagne Jennesse näomaskid olid allahinnatult müügil 1€ eest! Vaatamata oma suurele elevusele, oli mul väga raske langetada otsus, et täpsemalt millised endale soetada, kuna ise pole neid varem proovinud ega tea, kas need minupeal kaa töötavad. Peale näomaskide ostsin ma omale ka virsikuteed, sest kevad on tulekul ja oleks vist kõige õigem aeg leida natuke huvitavamaid alternatiive tavalisele piparmündi- ja sidruniteele.
Lõpuks suutsin ma otsuse langetada ikkagi sügavpuhastava valge šokolaadi näomaski ja stressivastase šokolaadimaski kasuks. Üldiselt olen ma nüüd oma puuviljatee ja toitvate näomaskidega kevade tulekuks valmis. Järgmine nädal tuleb samuti hea, kuna koolitunnid toimuvad ainult esmaspäeval ja teisipäeval on meil proovikirjand ning sealt edasi kuni pühapäevani vaba :) Jeee!

Quick haul - 25.01.2012

I just got back from Selver and this is what I bought:

Maybelline Volum' Express Falsies Waterproof mascara - 6.99€
Nivea Pure Effect Wash Off face cleansing gel - 3.45€

I actually went out to buy my usual Garnier face wash (which I have used for ages) but when I saw the Nivea one on sale I thought to myself why not give it a try. Falsies' mascara I purchaced just to try it and see what the hype is all about. And let's face it - it's pretty convenient to use a waterproof mascara in the wintertime as it's constantly snowing (or raining). I have never used neither of these products before so I'm very excited to try them out!

Jõudsin just Selverist tagasi ja sellised on mu seekordsed ostud.

Tegelikult oli mul plaanis soetada omale uus Garnier'i näopesu kreem, mida ma juba pikemat aega kasutanud olen, aga nähes Nivea geeli allahinnatuna, mõtlesin et miks mitte siis seda juba proovida. Falsies ripsmetuši ostsin põhiliselt ainult selleks, et see ise kaa lõpuks ära proovida ja näha, kas see on kõike seda kiitust väärt, mida ma igaltpoolt kuulnud ja lugenud olen. Ning olgem ausad - veekindel ripsmetušš tuleb praegustes ilmastikuoludes ainult kasuks. Ma pole kumbagi toodet varem kasutanud seega olen päris põnevil, et saan neid lõpuks proovida!

Oh the weather outside is frightful.. & a small haul

It has been snowing a lot here lately and I'm in desparate need of a proper winter jacket. Therefore, trying to ignore the blizzard I went to the mall to go search for one and also get myself a new setting powder as I managed to drop mine yesterday and it completely shattered.
I did manage to find quite a few nice jackets but I didn't buy one just yet. I'll be going back with my mum tomorrow and let her help me decide which one to get. Although I did end up buying a bit more things than I had planned at first but once I got home I still remembered some MORE stuff which I actually needed but forgot earlier. So annoying.

Anyways, here's the stuff I bought:

Wellaflex Style & Repair hairspray

Rimmel Stay Matte pressed powder - 004 Sandstorm (6.50€)

Ados nail polishes - coral/pink colour with gold shimmers 617 and dark purple 467 (0.90€ each)

It was actually my third time purchasing the Stay Matte powder so I realized it's about time for me to do a review on it. I'll try to cover that in my next post.

One of the things I forgot to buy was an under-eye concealer. I really need one but I'm not quite sure which one to get because I've heard good things about the Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle roller and BeYu's Light Reflecting concealer. Also the E.L.F. ones are supposed to be good..? If you have tried any of those or any other ones that are worth trying out then feel free to let me know :)

Siinkandis on viimasel ajal meeletult lund sadanud ja sellepärast on mul tekkinud vajadus endale kiiremas korras soetada üks korralik talvejope. Vaatamata kohutavale tuisule käisingi täna siis kaubanduskeskuses endale sobivat otsimas ning ühtlasi endale uut puudrit ostmas, kuna suutsin eile teise põrandale tükkideks pillata.
Paar ilusamat jopet jäid küll silma, aga mõtlesin ikkagi, et lähen homme parem emaga tagasi, et ta aitaks mul selle õige välja valida. Pean siiski tunnistama, et lõpuks õnnestus mul kokku osta rohkem asju kui esialgu plaanis oli ning  koju jõudes meenus mulle veel asju, mida mul tegelikult vaja oli, aga olin ostmata unustanud. Lihtsalt kohutav..

Rimmel’i Stay Matte puudrit ostsin ma muuseas juba kolmandat korda, seega ma usun, et on paras aeg sellest kiiremas korras kaa arvustus teha, mida loodetavasti näete juba järgmises postituses.

Üks asi, mille ma kahjuks unustasin ostmata, oli peitekreem silmaalustele. Vaatamata sellele, et mul seda vaja on, ei ole ma siiski päris kindel milline osta, sest olen kuulnud häid asju nii Garnier’i  Skin Renew Anti-Dark-Circle rolleri kohta kui ka BeYu Light Reflecting concealer’i kohta. Samuti pidavat E.L.F.’i peitekreemid head olema..? Igatahes, kui keegi mu lugejatest on mõnda neist proovinud või teab ehk mõnda muud head peitekreemi tumedatele silmaalustele, siis andke kindlasti teada :)

Sunday haul

This week has been so busy & nerve-wrecking for me that I really needed to take a time-out and the best way to do it is to go shopping of course. Unfortunately, most of the shops are still full of Summer clothes so I only got a few casual items slash necessities.

• Black ballerina flats (Link, Seppälä) - a must-have for every girl's wardrobe
• Black coin purse (Kodueksta) - it caught my eye immediately with its glossy latex fish scale pattern and I desperately needed a smaller alternative for my big wallet + it only cost 1.50€ !!!
• L'Oreal Studio Silk&Gloss Hot Straight straightening cream - my hair has been way too frizzy for my liking lately and I needed something to tame it. It also protects my hair from the heat while straightening.
• Long dark blue cardigan (Colours of the World, Takko fashion) - just a little something that might be good to throw on on a chilly summer night.

Just a small haul

I went shopping with my mum earlier today and I got some beauty things from our local department store's beauty section.

• Dove Summer Glow body lotion - a good product, great moisturiser with a gradual self-tanner. Repurchase. 
• L'Oreal Paris Elvital Total Repair 5 leave-in conditioner - as I had run out of my last leave-in conditioner (Gliss Kur) I had to get a new one. I haven't found one that I think is worth repurchasing just yet I spontaneously picked this one. Suitable for damaged hair. Repairs and adds volume.
• Maybelline Color Sensational lipstick 112 Ambre Rose - this is the lipstick I mentioned in this post. The colour is more of a coral in real life than it appears on the picture.
